The purpose of vvidai is to replace multiple disconnected productivity tools with a single, integrated platform. Instead of switching between a calendar app, a task manager, a finance tracker, and a contacts app, vvidai brings all of these together under one account. The platform is powered by Aurora, an AI assistant that provides smart suggestions, automated reminders, and insights across all modules.
How it works
- Sign up or sign in — Users create a free account at vvidai.io/auth/sign-up using email or Google authentication.
- Set up your workspace — After signing in, users configure their profile, timezone, and preferences.
- Use the modules — Users access the productivity modules they need: contacts, events, tasks, finance, bookings, habits, reminders, and more.
- Connect integrations — Optionally, users can connect third-party services like Google Calendar, Spotify, and WhatsApp to sync data and enhance functionality.

How vvidai uses Google services
When users choose to connect their Google account, vvidai uses Google APIs to provide the following functionality:
- Google Sign-In — Users can authenticate using their Google account for a faster and more secure sign-in experience. vvidai accesses basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) to create and manage the user account.
- Google Calendar — Users can optionally sync their Google Calendar events with vvidai's Events module. This allows users to view, create, and manage calendar events from within vvidai without switching between apps.
- Google Contacts — Users can optionally import their Google Contacts into vvidai's Contacts module to centralize their contact management.
All Google data access requires explicit user consent via OAuth. Users can revoke access at any time from their vvidai account settings or from their Google Account permissions page. vvidai does not share Google user data with third parties.
Privacy and data handling
vvidai is committed to protecting user privacy. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Users have full control over their data and can export or delete their account at any time.
